HOBBIES/INTERESTS: Going to as many concerts as possible, attending sporting events (Lions’ Season Ticket holder, Red Wing since birth, Go Green!, March Madness bracket commissioner, find me on the Pepsi Porch at Comerica Park, Deeetroittttt Basketball), traveling whenever afforded the opportunity, trips up north with the family, spending quality time with family, pets, and friends, cooking and going out to eat, challenging myself to set and hit new fitness goals regularly, reading, and momming.

Liz Curriston LMSW

IDEAL CLIENT: Someone who takes initiative, is motivated to work towards their treatment goals, and wants to learn about mental health. People who are open to feedback and discussion, and this goes both ways! It's very important that we are able to build a therapeutic bond, trust and respect with each other. Humor is appreciated in my sessions, I think laughter is a wonderful coping mechanism!

HOBBIES/INTERESTS: Traveling to new places and stepping outside of my comfort zone. I am an artist and I also love exercise and being outside. I also love reading and video games!

HOBBIES/INTERESTS: I enjoy playing piano with my daughters, attending Ballets and Orchestra performances, spending time outside, reading, writing, and finding new gluten free restaurants.

This is the ability to talk about how you communicate with others to improve relationships and quality of life.

HOBBIES/INTERESTS: Participating and practicing the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous, spending time with friends and family, especially my beautiful niece and nephew, spoiling my dog, doing salt floats (when I can find a Groupon for it), trying different restaurants, and attending any Detroit sporting events.
