Is it? EVERYONE can benefit from therapy. psy-che PLLC is simply a place to air your inner most thoughts/fears/desires, while feeling free of judgment. psy-che PLLC is the place where your voice is heard, your feelings are understood, and your hope is restored.

psy-che PLLC provides short and long term treatment. You will work with your therapist to determine what frequency and duration are most beneficial for you (1 session, 2x per week, 1x per month... for a few weeks, for 6 months, for years...). It is your choice to engage in treatment; therefore, it is to your benefit to have input into the process and what aligns with your comfort level. Your therapist will provide recommendations, but ultimately you will work together to determine the best course of action.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. psy-che PLLC accepts cash, check, or debit/credit/HSA card. Please see the 'services' section for more details.

Per the CMS No Surprises Act,

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE), if you are not using insurance to pay for services.
